We stage vacant homes, investment properties, REO & auction properties, AirBnB units, and occupied homes.

How Does it Work?

  • Schedule a CONSULTATION: Determine scope, pricing, and timeline.

  • INSTALLATION: 1 to 2 days of Staging, followed by Photos and Open House

  • 60 day Contract, extensions available upon request.

  • Buyers can work directly with us to purchase items as a unit. Sets will not be broken up.

    How Much Does it Cost?

    The average range for the cost of staging with SCDS is .75% to 1.25% of the sale price of the home.

    *For instance, if your home is listed for $1,000,000 the cost of staging would be between $7,500 and $12,500 depending on how in-depth the staging will need to be. Using the average of 7.1% over asking returns, that would result in a profit of $58,500 to $63,500 coming from the investment in staging.
